1. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the confirmed booking date.
• A 20% deduction will be applied to the reservation fee for late cancellations.

2. Refunds and Discounts:

• All refunds and discounts are subject to management approval.

3. Non-Compliance:

• Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.

4. Liability:

• Do not leave your valuable belongings unattended.
• The hotel and management are not liable for any loss or damage to your belongings.
